Finally, what i did for future memory:

gfix -f -v -i
gfix -m -i

backup ok
restore ko
so... no way.

create an empty db from the metadata
ib data pump (nice tool if you have a windows box, much better that qli)
the data from one db to the other.
in my case the pump process fails if i do not gfix the database.

some records went lost.
