I hope you don't mind me replying.
first place to discuss the problems you had, and received a bad or no
response from me. I can only apologise that a piece of **FREE** software
did not meet your expectations, if you (and others) wish to boycott my site
then feel free. However if you like, I would be more than happy to discuss
the problems with you, either publicly via our forum
(http://forum.tectsoft.net) or in private email (simon.carter@...).
My apologies to everyone for an off topic post.
