After reading the locking paper recommended by Ann, translate any config
settings to 1.5 - you will find the 1.5 parameters in firebird.conf with
some documentation; and there is more detailed documentation in the full
Firebird 1.5 release notes. The old ibconfig parameters don't work in 1.5.
