My FB1.5 database is installed on a hosted machine. I don't have access
to the SYSDBA account. I asked them to set up an equivalent user so
that I could create/amend,drop tables, etc. This seemed to work ok,
but now I have just tried to add another column to a table (via
IBOConsole) and the following error message is displayed:-


ISC ERROR MESSAGE:
unsuccessful metadata update
STORE RDB$RELATION_FIELDS failed
no permission for control access to TABLE REST_ADDRESS

Statement: alter TABLE REST_ADDRESS
add LAYOUT_NO SMALLINT

PS. I don't have access to any command line options, so can't use any
commands run from there.

Any help greatly appreciated.
