I've copied the database from the server and run gstat -h on it.(see bellow the result)
I guess you meant to do this action directly on the orginal database, but I can not do it.
I still do not know what is the problem, and its very hard to reproduce since when I perform a simulation
It is rarely reproduced.

The culprit is the guilty person. IBConsole starts a snapshot
transaction when you use it to query the database. That transaction
stays open until explicitly closed.

Try closing all connections to the database, then run gstat -h and send
us the results.
