now I had to say good bye, because next few years

My name is Ivan Prenosil, it is also the name used in driving
license, but now I looked at my European-wide health
insurance card, and the name here is IVAN PRENOSIL,
the same is in my passport, my personal ID card
states Ivan PRENOSIL, and in the past I filled
many forms that required to write everything in uppercase.
As you can see, I am cheat who use several different names,
but I hope the jury will be indulgent if I confess everything.
