When I call the FB 1.5 WIndows installer from a batch file with the
parameter /SILENT, on screen I see the "Installation progress window"
and it's correct. However, this screen is always in English.

Is there a parameter I could use to select the language of
the "installation progress windows" ? I would like to get this
windows in French ?
