Piece of cake.

You take stuff from Firebird-embed package and distribute it with your
application. I recently converted one I application I have like that. I used
InnoSetup to build standard setup.exe. Everything works really great. No more
explaining why does Firebird need to be installed or why they can't have both
InterBase and Firebird client on same machine. It simply works. :)
