Please excuse the newbie questions.

1. Is there anywhere on the web that there is detailed documentation
of firebird? I found the quick start guide on the website and that
was about it. I did order the Firebird book from Amazon but it will
be about two weeks before I get it from Amazon. Is there any other
place I can find documentation meantime?

2. How to you create a counter field in Firebird?
