Try to backup your IB database (with IB6 gbak for example), and then
restore it to FB database (with FB gbak for example).

Also
gstat -h full_db_filename_or_alias
shows the database ODS version in its output. (may be you also need to
specify server name with the full db filename or alias, something like
localhost:full_db_filename_or_alias)
