Hi folks,
I'm desperately trying to install firebird 1.5 on a win 2000 or a win
2003
server.
Well ist's rather straightforward. Full install as superserver. But
whenever
I try a "gsec -user sysdba -password masterkey" i get an "unavailable
database" and an "unable to open database".
Trying to connect via ODBC produces the same effect.
Funny thing: An Applikation using a firebird database works allright
(how
come?).
When i do the same on a win XP Client everything works fine.
What can i do?
Thanks alot,
David.
