Hi all.

Can anyone tell me the best way to have Firebird 1.5 and Interbase
coexist on the same server.

I have tried configuring Firebird to use a port other than 3050 and
this works sometimes. However, on many sites I get ISC error
335544472, invalid username and password, when trying to log into
Firebird. As my database uses the default username and password, it
seems that my application is somehow trying to access an Interbase
database eventhough the connect string has SERVERNAME/PORT_NUMBER.

Any help would be appreciated.
