when you deploy the embedded engine the gbak.exe file should stay in the
application folder.

Error 2 means file not found, but you should verify if it is referred to
gbak.exe itself or to your database file. Are you sure that you have passed the
correct parameters to gbak, verifying that the path attached to database file is
correct?
