Hi Dan,
last somewhere between 5 and 25 minutes before they get dropped. Most
annoying. With other ISPs I am able to keep connections up for as
long as I wish. How do you know that the problem you are having isn't
caused by the ISP in the middle?
gateway/router and I've replaced it but that still hasn't solved my issue.
I'm wondering if there isn't an ISP problem. How were you able to
determine that the ISP was the problem? What have to done to correct
that issue?
The server is actually hosted in the ISPs office with their server
farm. All of the current clients are customers of the ISP, but that
may change in the future. I need to determine a solution to this
problem ASAP.
Thanks,
Ryan.
