Just wondering:

Is LDAP support planned for Firebird (i.e. the user database being on
an LDAP server)? And regarding ROLEs, a thought occured to me on how
to make them more like groups; give them an AUTOASSUME style thing,
like so:

GRANT <ROLE> TO <USER> WITH AUTOASSUME OPTION;

Is this sort of thing difficult to implement? I don't mind helping
out with the code, but I was wondering if anyone's actually already
implementing something like this anyway...
