Hi All
We recently installed our app a site with all windows XP sp2 machines.
Initially we could not log into FB (unavailable database errors). I got
around this by adding port 3050 to the Firewall exclusion list (even
though on our XP SP 2 machines this is not Necessary ). Once this was
done our software began to work. However now after about 3-4 users log
on, the whole system crashes (our application freezes on all machines
!). I suggested they disable the Firewall and try that, this fixes the
problem.
What is going on? What else do I need to do?
I read something about port 3060, do I need to open this port as well?
TIA
