I have a customer (Windows 2000 serveur SP4) that cannot connect to
security.fdb
when he try :
gsec -USER SYSDBA -password masterkey
he get an unvailable database error

even if he try with
gsec -database "localhost:c:\program
files\firebird\firebird_1_5\security.fdb" -user SYSDBA -password masterkey

or
gsec -database "127.0.0.1:c:\program
files\firebird\firebird_1_5\security.fdb" -user SYSDBA -password masterkey

in the firebird.log he have :
Control services error 1061

do someone have an explanation ?
