Hi William,

The machine I got this problem is my notebook, I put it on different
nets with diferente speedys and configurations, auto-negotiating is good
for this prupouse.

When I se to Full duplex the backup process is slow, if I set it to half
it works 10-15 times faster than with full duplex, I thought my switch
was full duplex, but the lan traffic on my office is low, this shouldn't
bother me.
