Using D7, IBO, FBClient.dll

Application freezes when connection can not be established.

We regularly encounter bad network behaviour when connecting
to a FB server via the internet. Our ISP confirms, he's
working on it, but is it possible to timeout or abort a
pending connection nicely (=not using the taskmanager) ?
