You have there an InterBase 4.1 database. You need the InterBase 4.1 gbak
program to perform a -t[ransportable] backup and, desirably, an IB 4.1
server running. Once you have that backup file, you can restore it in
whatever you are running now, using your newer version's gbak.

One place you can get sufficient stuff to do this will be the original
Delphi Enterprise edition disk, if you can get hold of it. You can install
iblocal and use the gbak that's there.
