It's Saturday and I've moved my web site to a new W2003 server.
Thought I tested everything but now I can not get DLL to connect to
the database. When it attempts an EInOutException: I/O error 103 is
thrown.

Anyone give me some insight on this? I am a bit pressed to get this
fixed before the week starts.
