I have a customer who is running an old IB5.x server who got the
following error:

SQL Code = -902
operating system directive gds__sys_alloc failed
unable to allocate memory from operating system

I've never seen this one before. Is this one that I need to be
concerned about or is it just caused by a transient memory shortage?
