1) Log in to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/firebird-support/
2) Click 'Edit my membership'
3) Set email options to 'Daily digest' or 'No email'
4) Save your changes

And, please, whenever starting a new topic, always write a mail from
scratch, NEVER CLICK REPLY to an existing message. This because some
people use threading and for them your new question will be mixed with
the one replied to defeating the entire purpose of threading (even if
changing the subject, which you forgot).
