I swear on my life that I do NOT have any environment variables set for
ISC_USER or PASSWORD. But on my Dev machine Win2000Pro, I can fire up the
embedded server and connect to the database with empty username and password
fields (using IBO or by OK empty fields in IBExpert logon box). But on my
NT4 test machine, I MUST have 'SYSDBA' and 'blabla' (i.e. a non-empty
password) in the password field to make the connection.
It's a mystery I'd appreciate someone shedding some light on....
