I found that:

SELECT * FROM inst_person
where upper(name COLLATE PXW_HUNDC) containing upper('kovács' COLLATE
PXW_HUNDC)
and upper(name COLLATE PXW_HUNDC) containing upper('ágnes' COLLATE
PXW_HUNDC)

And it is working.
