I want to backup both my database and the security.fdb. I have
already written procedures which perform this action in my delphi app,
however, I can't restore the security db while the firebird server is
running as version 1.5 remains connected to the security db all the time.

I need to have this automated, so manually shutting down the server is
not an option. Is there a way to temporarily suspend the server so I
can restore the security db? I am using the IBOAdmin components but
these are essentially calls to gbak.
