ok for BIN_AND and BIN_OR. I suppose that ib_udf.dll has been written in C but I
don't know C language since I use Delphi, anyway can I pass hexadecimal numbers
to the function in the C format, for example 0x1AB or 0x12345678? Is this format
correct/allowed?
