Hi all !

I'm trying to run FB 1.5 on a Win98 machine.. when I try to acess the local
server it return me "cannot attach to services manager" and i can't login !!
If I create a remote server "localhost" all run fine..

I finded in google but I can't found a solution..

What can I do ?
