Well, as far as I know linked tables are either a kind of aliasses to
other tables in the same database or more likely links to tables in
other datasources, e.g. linkied via ODBC driver or from Excahnge
or....
What I use are linked tasbles in Access to access firebird data and us
the reporting engine of Access.
