I see that there is a a session by Ard Biesheuvel
"Hierarchical data structures in SQL (Language: English)

The SQL relational model maps poorly to hierarchical data structures like file
systems and web forums. Oracle uses START WITH/CONNECT BY to emulate hierarchy.
This functionality and more can be added to a Firebird database by employing
recursive selectable stored procedures."

Any one know where can I get such material ?
(I can wait or go to this conference)
