Hi,
I am work with IBX 5.04, Delphi 5.0 an Firebird 1.5.1 RC2. in windows 98
and win2000 my application often raise error Access Violation FBClient.dll.
on debug, application error while closing connection to database ( while
executing isc_detach_database ). I have search every where of my code and
ensure that I haven't mistake on code.
but waiting about 2 secon before RegisterEvents TIBEvents after Database
connected, will solved the problem but not always, sometime more than 2
secon. My questions are :
1. Is Database has 'danger' state after connected from client, so I cannot
registering event until the state is 'safely' ?
2. if yes, Any function to check the state of database after connected ?
3. is IBX 5.04 Compatible for FireBird ?
Thank's
Bambang
