Thank you all for your help, I managed to repair the database :

- When I was trying to backup, it stopped on a foreign key, with
ISQL, I dropped the constraint and then I could do a select on the
table...
- I repeated for the 4 or 5 constraints that caused the trouble and
the last time the gfix -mend with the gbak -v -i worked fine

Voilà !
