IBPP 2.3 source code (thin C++ layer on top of Firebird C-API) is
released and you can find it (zip format) by visiting the project on
<http://sourceforge.net/projects/ibpp> in the 'Files' section.

The released 2.3 code is also available on the project CVS repository
(module ibpp2) in branch 'rel_2_3'.
