Hello all,

Sorry for shouting - but DHL just delivered the first Author copy of the
"The Firebird Book" !!!! At last.

For those who care, the book weighs 1.82 Kgs or 4lbs 2 ozs. It is 54mm
(2.125 inches) thick. A year of my life and I can hold it if I use both
hands. :-)
