Hi all.

I downloaded and placed FbConfigManager yesterday in the c:\firebird_1_5\bin
directory. Trying to run, a message box advises me that 'Firebird server
is not installed on my computer'. It is though, and is running as a
service. I can see that from the Services program of Administrative Tools
of Control Panel.

Have I not done something right.
