The roadmap is intended to outline the path from the current HEAD branch
to the Vulcan merge.

This release has been held up due to the fact that the release manager
has been on a real vacation (i.e. no email) for the last 2 weeks. He'll
be back on July 5. So expect to hear some news next week.
