<<Does anyone have expirience with setting interbase replication.
I set up everything according to help directions (Source, Target
Schema etc.). Now in replication manager it is all OK but when i
start replication Replication server just shows that replication is
finished but there is no inserts or any other changes. I know that
one record should be transferred from source to target. Please, help
me on this.>>

Regardless of comments from others, it is the most widely used
Replication Solution for InterBase/Firebird, and has a large
number of generally happy users, who use it to replicate a large
number of schema's worldwide. Secondly the software is continuously
maintained with new versions regularly, adding new features and or
fixing bugs.
BTW setting your default configuration after setting up your schema
will probably help.
