Government officials tend to be in bed then :)
But it is a thought and I suppose I would have to run GMT properly and
display 'LocalTime'.

On the railway systems there tends to be a gap in train movements when
there is an extra hour, and losing an hour just means a cut in services
for that day with a few long journey times. There are not many stations
open and working after midnight, so though we work 24/7, we could find a
half hour or so gap - especially on a Sunday morning.
