I never said Oracle is the only RDBMS that supports table renaming. I
only gave Oracle as an example of supporting the RENAME TABLE DDL
command.

I stated that MS-SQL didn't support the RENAME TABLE DDL command, not
that it wasn't possible to rename a table in MS-SQL.
