I am not clear as to the exact limitations and/or problems with SMP
and/or HyperThreading on FB 1.5 for Windows (2K, XP, or 2K3).

Regarding SMP, does FB not run properly (as in errors, or data
corruption), or just not benefit from multiple processors (same
performance or degraded performance)?

Same question for HyperThreading, does FB not run properly, or just
not benefit from HT? If it is just performance degradation, how
severe is the problem?

How does the FB server engine version affect the above answers?

If FB has issues with HT, can you just set the processor affinity
to run only on CPU 0 to fix it?
