Hello

I have recently downloaded Firebird 1.5, having previously used
interbase V6.

I installed the software ok, and started the server. I then downloaded
IBOCONSOLE to register the server and database, as I have done
previously with IBCONSOLE for Interbase.

When I type in the description, username and password on the "Register
server and connect dialog and click OK the following error message is
displayed

"Cannot attach to services manager"

Any help greatly appreciated.
