Hi there...

The problem is :

I have a Web-application written in php.
This application connects to a firebird database which is in other
pc.These two pc's are in a intranet. What happens is that when
i configure the application under windows 2000 and the database is in
a Windows xp machine, the application is extremely slow. This doesn't
happens when the two machines are Windows 2000. The difference in
processing time, is huge.

I work with Firebird 1.0.2.908, Windows 2000 professional,
Windows Xp professional.
The ODBC driver is the driver downloaded from the www.firebirdsql.org
"SetupOdbcJdbcBeta2.exe"
I'm using php 4.3.6, Apache 1.3.2.2
