connectiing form a client delphi6 application using

IBCompnents, to a remote firebird database, after the

request of login infornatoins,I get this error 'cannot attach to

security database'. After that the engine freeze and I must

rebbot the machine to restart. This problem happen only on a

w2000 server and not on w2000prof nor on wnt4 server.

And only using a delphi application, with a tool as ibmanager,

all run smoootly. I already tried to solve uninstalling and

reinstalling the firebird again, but without any good result.

Please, somebody has some suggestion to give.
