Are you using Classic Server or Superserver?

Also, there might be some settings in Linux that you'll need to play
with. I don't use Linux, it's just what I've heard that Linux might
be limiting the number of connections. And, error 104 is generated by
Linux OS(and network related) and returned to Firebird. Is there a
message in FB's log file related to this error?
