One thing that is worth bearing in mind. Are you using any management
tools at the same time? I get 'growth' if I leave IB_SQL looking at the
table without refreshing it from time to time. It got left open on a
site when the dial up connection crashed, and was causing trouble by the
time the engineering got back in. Just another thought.
