Hi

I am trying to connect my application from one XP computer (client)
to another XP computer (server) and get the error 'cannot attach to
password database'

I can connect to the database from the client with IBConsole.

Our app works all over with windows clients to linux server or
windows clients to non XP windows servers. So I am convinced it is
some strange security issue.

We got this error at a client so I duplicated it here on our network
between these two XP pc's

my connect path is \\10.0.0.43\C:\PPerfect\SQLData\pperfect.gdb
or \\homebox\C:\PPerfect\SQLData\pperfect.gdb
