Hi all,

I've installed FB1.5 on a Windows 2000 Server.
I neither can't create a new database, nor can I
access the security.fdb.
I've tried to access the db via:

c:\firebird\security.fdb
127.0.0.1:c:\firebird\security.fdb
localhost:c:\firebird\security.fdb
123.223.323.423:c:\firebird\security.fdb (real ip address)

Nothing works.
This is the error message:

C:\mcm\x>c:\firebird\bin\gsec.exe -user sysdba -password masterkey
-database 127.0.0.1:c:\firebird\security.fdb -display

Unable to complete network request to host "127.0.0.1".
Failed to establish a connection.
unable to open database

What can I do to get it work?
