It is a simple mismatch, but I no longer remember if the problem is old
IBConsole, old IB (IB/6.0) or old database (ODS version - On Disk Structure).

Do yourself a favour and uninstall IB/6.0, then download and install Fb/1.5.
If your IB version is before 6.0.1.6 (?) then it is a bugge beta release.
