There is IBReplicator, but it's rather expensive.

Here's a list given by Craig Stuntz on the Borland newsgroups :

o PeerDirect (http://www.peerdirect.com) is an industrial-strength,
multi-DB replication system which supports InterBase.

o IBObjects (http://www.ibobjects.com) includes components designed
for replication of IB databases.

o This program (http://www.2p.cz/en/ibrepl/) is free, but fairly new. (However, it's only one way)

o Here's another commercial alternative:

None of these satisfied me, so I wrote my own. Be forewarned though,
that it's a lot of work!

In my experience, there should be no problem, but of course, that
depends on the replicator, and how well it's designed. Mine has been in
place for about 6 months with practically no maintenance.
