Just as an aside Helen... you mention this frequently i.e. having to reboot
to unload dll's. In all my experience in changing over UDF dll's on WINNT
and higher, the worst case is stopping the IB/FB service to make it "let go"
and that's only when the UDF has caused the server to crash, leaving the
file handle open on the OS. I think you've got some unfortunate (and
possibly non-usual) experience on Win environement. :-)
